#THISisRiggingElections

Clinton Eugene "Clint" Curtis (born 1958 near Salem, Illinois) is a United States computer programmer[1] and ex employee of NASA and ExxonMobil, currently living in Northern California, who worked for Yang Enterprises (YEI) in Oviedo, Florida until February 2001. He is notable chiefly for making a series of whistleblower allegations about his former employer and about Republican Congressman Tom Feeney, including an allegation that in 2000, Feeney and Yang Enterprises requested Curtis's assistance in a scheme to steal votes by inserting fraudulent code into touch screen voting systems.

The election is over but uncertainty remains as the fiscal cliff is looming. There are a myriad of possibilities regarding potential outcomes and we won't attempt to place odds on them all. Suffice it to say that we and the rest of the business world will be watching these negotiations closely. With elevated uncertainty, we continue to urge investors to take a long-term perspective and use pullbacks such as we saw the day after the election to add to equity positions as needed to keep allocations at targets and to maintain a diversified portfolio.

Across Philadelphia, GOP poll inspectors were forcibly (and illegally) removed from polling locations. Coincidentally (or not), Mr. Obama received "astronomical" numbers in those very same regions, including locations where he received "over 99%" of the vote.
Ward 4, which also had a poll watcher dressed in Obama attire, went massively for Obama. Mr. Obama received 99.5% of the vote, defeating Mr. Romney 9,955 to 55.

#THISisVoterID

The most often noted difference between American elections among the visitors was that in most U.S. states, voters need no identification. Voters can also vote by mail, sometimes online, and there's often no way to know if one person has voted several times under different names, unlike in some Arab countries, where voters ink their fingers when casting their ballots.

Americans could be waiting another five years for a return to normal employment based on the sluggish pace of the U.S. economy. After nearly four years in office, President Obama has overseen the worst recovery since the 1960s.

In latest case to test how technological developments alter Americans' privacy, federal court sides with Justice Department on police use of concealed surveillance cameras on private property.
[U.S. Magistrate Judge William] Callahan based his reasoning on a 1984 Supreme Court case called Oliver v. United States, in which a majority of the justices said that "open fields" could be searched without warrants because they're not covered by the Fourth Amendment.
