#THISisHomosexualDivorce

The Kansas Department of Children and Families has filed a claim against William Marotta, a mechanic in Topeka, demanding child support for the 3-year-old daughter of Topeka residents Jennifer Schreiner and Angela Bauer, to whom he donated sperm in 2009, the Topeka Capital-Journal reported. Schreiner and Bauer had sought financial assistance from state welfare officials after Bauer stopped working due to illness and could not financially support Schreiner and their children.

According to the Capital-Journal, Schreiner and Bauer are no longer together but still co-parent their eight children. Because Schreiner is the 3-year-old's sole parent under Kansas law, which does not recognize same-sex unions, the state cannot seek child support from Bauer.

After the couple filed for assistance earlier this year, the state welfare agency demanded they provide the donor’s name so it could collect child support. The state has that authority, court documents state, because the insemination wasn’t performed by a licensed physician, thus making the contract void.

Without the donor’s name, the department told the women, it wouldn’t provide health benefits to their now 3-year-old girl — something Bauer no longer can provide because a diagnosis has left her incapable of working and in and out of rehabilitation since March.

#THISisFrankenFish

Despite the frankenfish actually being blocked by Congress last year over serious health and environmental concerns, the FDA is making a massive push to release the genetically modified salmon into the world as the FDA-backed biotech giant and creator of the fish AquaAdvantage screams for profits.

These fish of course threaten the very genetic integrity of the food chain when considering the fact that they will ultimately be unleashed into waters with other salmon and likely even the ocean at large.

A virtual vegetable…how long is it going to live… So what kind of compassionate conservative is she?” “Sarah Palin is the dumbest thing. But I made a fortune off of her.” [He made a porn film called Nailin' Palin, based on her.]
  125. 6/18/11 The release of 24,000 pages of Sarah Palin's emails shows that she received a barrage of abusive emails including death threats in the run up to the 2008 presidential race. A trove of more than 13,000 emails detailing almost every aspect of Sarah Palin’s governorship of Alaska was released. Left-leaning editors sent teams of reporters to Juneau, AK. in hopes of digging up a scandal. The hunt yielded little results.

The election is over but uncertainty remains as the fiscal cliff is looming. There are a myriad of possibilities regarding potential outcomes and we won't attempt to place odds on them all. Suffice it to say that we and the rest of the business world will be watching these negotiations closely. With elevated uncertainty, we continue to urge investors to take a long-term perspective and use pullbacks such as we saw the day after the election to add to equity positions as needed to keep allocations at targets and to maintain a diversified portfolio.

Across Philadelphia, GOP poll inspectors were forcibly (and illegally) removed from polling locations. Coincidentally (or not), Mr. Obama received "astronomical" numbers in those very same regions, including locations where he received "over 99%" of the vote.
Ward 4, which also had a poll watcher dressed in Obama attire, went massively for Obama. Mr. Obama received 99.5% of the vote, defeating Mr. Romney 9,955 to 55.

The most often noted difference between American elections among the visitors was that in most U.S. states, voters need no identification. Voters can also vote by mail, sometimes online, and there's often no way to know if one person has voted several times under different names, unlike in some Arab countries, where voters ink their fingers when casting their ballots.
